A Kentucky 5-year-old missing since February was found during a drug bust in Central Kentucky.

WKYT News in Lexington reports that investigators found the child hiding in a closet as they searched a house on West 8th Street in Paris.

The child had been reported missing since February.

Solomon Fields, 26, was arrested Thursday afternoon and was being held in the Bourbon County Regional Detention Center Saturday.

Police say a woman and four children were found in Fields’ home. Field’s reportedly claims that the 5-year-old was his, but police say they have yet to confirm that information.

Fields is charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a minor, trafficking in a controlled substance (cocaine), two counts of trafficking in a controlled substance (Schedule 1 and 2 non-narcotics), trafficking in marijuana and custodial interference, police said.
