Since then, increasing mortgage rates have slowed growth. But many areas are still seeing price jumps.

Stacker compiled a list of cities with the fastest-growing home prices in Lexington-Fayette, KY metro area using data from Zillow. Cities are ranked by 1-year price change as of February 2023. The typical home value in the United States increased over the last year by 4.4% to $328,604. All 10 cities and towns with data available were included in the list.
