One woman is dead and three other victims were found injured after two shootings.

WKYT News in Lexington reports that officers first responded to a shooting at the Waffle House on South Broadway in Lexington at approximately 4:45 a.m. Sunday.

At the scene, officers found one woman dead and two others injured.

Officials from the Fayette County Coroner’s Office report that Jaimesha Sharmae Beattie, 22, died at the scene.

Other victims were taken to the hospital.

Shortly after 5 a.m. Lexington officers found another gunshot victim at Tates Creek Road and Armstrong Mill Road. The victim was transported to the hospital with serious injuries.

Police did not comment if the two shootings were related.
