Kentucky police: Man in critical condition from stabbing at scene of car crash

A man is in critical condition after he was reportedly stabbed in an argument following a car crash Saturday night.

WKYT News reports that officers from the Florence Police Department responded to a report of a stabbing victim at a local hospital at approximately 8 p.m.

An investigation determined that the victim, who was suffering from numerous stab wounds to the neck and arms, reportedly was stabbed after getting into an argument with another driver following a car crash on Turfway Road near Cinfed Bank.

The victim was able to drive himself to the hospital before he lost consciousness. He was airlifted to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.

With the help of witnesses, police were able to identify and arrest the suspect in the stabbing. Kevin Alonso Olan-Jimenez, 28, is charged with assault, menacing and terroristic threatening.

When officers located Olan-Jimenez they found him with blood on his clothing and fresh cuts on his hands.
